You'd think after 50 years of exhibitions hyped as From X To Y where there's one X and one Y and tons of dreck between, I'd have learned, but no, we went like lemmings to the Louvre's latest - From Finiguerra to Botticelli - The Early Workshops of the Renaissance and indeed there were a dozen Finiguerra's that were quite pleasant and two Botticelli's if Colette and I used our fingers correctly.
Nice but no cigar. Closes October 3rd and its up 5 stories in Sully; there was no elevator working when we visited. However, on the way out we went to Richelieu and took the new escalator down.
