It's always such a pleasure to go to Spring and not have to worry about anything; the greetings are warm, the seatings leave breathing space between tables, the dishes roll out and the creativity continues.
Chorizo; cepes, eggplant, walnut bits and pomegranate seeds,
Rouget with cucumbers, mustard seeds and greens and an oyster,
Vendee pigeon, Basque black pig belly, green apple balls and watercress,
Pears with GREEK yogurt ice cream,
Chocolate and coffee and nougat (was it?) along with chocolate-dusted marhmallows.
Our bill per couple with a bottle of Jura wine and 2 coffees was 121 E.
