John, can you enlighten us on the chef history of this room? My one and only visit was a very long time ago. I don't remember offal as being celebrated at that time. Change of direction or change of direction?

Not a lot.
My friends say they've walked by it for years but never eaten there; they thought it had lots of abats.
Old reviews put father Jacky Larsonneur in the kitchen starting in 1988, newer ones say it's Louis Druesne (as of summer 2012); all say son Damien Larsonnieur is in the front room.
