For his Hache Menu he went to the previously-mentioned and renovated Armani Caffe on the Rue St-Germain in the 6th where it costs 100 E a la carte (menu at 50, tasting at 90 E). Go? No, the mode is not enough.
Wednesday as well, Heidi Ellision in Paris Update went to the previously mentioned Chez La Vieille in the 1st and found it joyful.
