Paris and its universal expositions at the Conciergierie

 

At the Conciergerie these days until April 26th, there’s a special exhibition of photos showing the international exhibitions held in Paris from 1855-1937. It’s very nice and educational, revealing all the temporary and permanent monuments (i.e, the Eiffel Tower, Big and Small Palaces, etc.) in town and leaves you sad that the world has given up world fairs.
