Wednesday, Paris Update Richard Hesse ate at the scary-sounding table d’hote platform place Nomiya/Art Home at the Palais de Tokyo, 13, avenue du Président Wilson in the 16th, reserve here, closed Mondays, with menus that include a glass of champagne and red and white wine at 60 € for lunch at 80 € for dinner. Despite the small portions leaving him hungry at 4 PM he says it’s worth it – go soon, it’s only open for a year.
