Dear John,
I have been reading your posts on several sites and your blog for about a year and truly enjoy your writing and perspective. Thank you for your culinary adventurous work!
I am going to Paris in October, 2010, with my French pastry chef husband, and friends from Australia/California. I am the person designated to choose our dinning spots in Paris. La Cave Beauvau, sounds like a nostalgic step back in time and a place that might also appeal to the divergent palates of our group. Have you been back, since this posting in December, 2009? Do you have any recent feed-back about the quality?
