So, the four of us have sampled two more Beaujolais's; one a "Tradition" albeit unfiltered Primeur and the other a Nouveau Beaujolais Villages, both rather alright.
I was surely born in France of a chef father and food critic mother.
I tasted several Beauolais Nouveaus in Paris last weekend and one this week in California and the best was one made by Domaine Depeuble. It was actually quite nice.
