Liberté Patisserie Boulangerie Par Benoit Castel in the 10th; another hit on the newest Feng Shui Street in town

OK, we're leaving Les Vinaigriers on the rue des Vinaigriers and my friend says "Hey, what's that?"  "What's what," say I.  "That new bakery."  "Oh that."  Never saw it, nor she, before.  But it's beautiful and teaming with good stuff.

I got two desserts (a lemon tart and a mini-clafoutis) for tonight, a chausson for breakfast and a pillow of ham and cheese for tmrw night.  All set for 11 E.  I'll be back.
