Wednesday in Figaroscope, Emmanuel Rubin reviewed and gave 2/4 lips to three places: the previously mentioned Blue Valentine, a Kosher restaurant Rafael, 105, rue de Prony in the 17th, 01.44.40.05.88, closed Friday night and Saturdays, costing on about 100 E for foie gras, bar and a chocolate banana soufflé, and a neo-trattoria, Non Sole Pizze in the 16th. He awarded 1 lip to Udon Jubey in the 2nd and the Café Ludwig in the 9th.
The Dossier this week concerned lemon cakes; they named Pierre Herme’s the best.
