He gave two hearts each to the champagne-oriented Bubble Suite in the Hotel Hilton Opera, 108 rue St-Lazare in the 8th, 01.40.08.44.08, open evenings from Wednesday to Friday costing 35 E and up for cocktails, bubbly and foie gras a well as the previously mentioned and tested Darock in the 20th and the Italian Faggio Osteria with a Japanese chef in the 9th. His Hache Menu concerned Les Comediens (the one in the 9th not the 14th).
